ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are conducted for the purpose of title insurance issuance in conjunction with real estate transactions,  primarily for commercial properties. The survey is made in conformance with standards adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. The survey includes the determination of property lines, location of improvements and utilities, plotting of relevant easements contained in the title commitment, and addresses other items specified by the client as listed in Table A of the requirements.
